The beat drops on May 8, 2025 and you’re invited!

The wait is almost OVER! We’re turning up the volume to celebrate the incredible talents of Georgia’s middle and high school students in music technology. Get ready for the first-ever School of Beats – Music Technology Competition, happening at none other than Believe Music Hall in the heart of Atlanta!

🎧 Over 125 jaw-dropping submissions came through between February 14 and March 17 across 5 electrifying categories:

  1. Remix – Flip the script on an original track.
  2. Ringtone – Your own signature sound for the next viral phone alert.
  3. Vocal Performance – Original track + your voice = 🔥
  4. Instrumental – Pure sound. No vocals. All vibes.
  5. Multimedia – Score your own soundtrack to a video clip.

Winners Announced Soon!
On Friday, April 25th, the top 5 students in each category will be notified and invited to Atlanta for the final showdown – and to be crowned as our 2025 category champions. Attendance is FREE!
